Dr. Rafia Mumtaz received her Ph.D. in 2010 from the University of Surrey, UK, in the area of Remote Sensing and Satellite image processing. She is currently working as a Tenured Professor and the Director Internet of Things (IoT) Lab, at NUST-SEECS. She is the recipient of several national and international research grants worth PKR 134 million. She has been awarded NUST-SEECS Best Researcher Award in the year 2019, the Women of Wonder Award in 2021, and the University Best Teacher Award in 2022.
Dr. Elena Gaura is an accomplished Research Theme Director at Coventry University, recognized as a WES Top 50 Engineering Hero and a member of the Women's Engineering Society. She holds honorary professorship positions at Macquarie University and Deakin University, and is a respected member of the EPSRC Peer Review College and UKRI Future Leaders Fellowships Peer Review College.
Dr. Daud Abdullah received his Ph.D. degree from Queensland, Australia, in the area of Artificial Intelligence. He is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Department of Computing at SEECS, NUST H-12 Campus, Islamabad. He has over 8 years of teaching and research experience with higher education industry locally and abroad. His research interests include texture image retrieval and classification, computer vision, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning.
